Melbourne to Brisbane Inland Rail – Illabo to Stockinbingal and North Star to Yelarbon Phase 1
The EJC Team assisted with the delivery of the Inland Rail Programme Phase 1 Concept Assessment and Phase 2 Project Feasibility development activities. This work was delivered in accordance with Inland Rail Proposal Report deliverables, for multiple large infrastructure projects, to ensure projects can be constructed safely, on time and on budget.
EJC provided senior project management and constructability advice for the Illabo to Stockinbingal and North Star to Yelarbon Greenfield projects. The Illabo to Stockinbingal project consists of approximately 37km of new track. This new track will reduce the overall route distance by 30km and avoid the Bethungra Spiral. The North Star to Yelarbon project consists of approximately 52km of new track. This new track will complete one of the key missing links and provide a new, efficient connection between our farms and export markets.
