Hexham Holding Roads
This project involved the strategy development, approvals and construction of approximately 12.5kms of train storage and the removal and relocation of the existing down main. The purpose was to alleviate system congestion on the coal network by providing infrastructure to allow for re-sequencing or storage of loaded coal trains prior to their arrival at the Port thereby increasing operational flexibility. The Project Team, employed on client side (prior to establishing EJC Projects) led the $138M project. The now EJC Team included General Manager, Project Director, Project Managers, Contract Specialists and Site Supervisors to work within the UHVA Alliance Team.
