Using their significant and relevant experience the EJC Projects team will lead the identification, assessment and prioritisation of risks. Using EJC Projects procedures or by adopting the clients in-house system, a process of prioritisation and mitigation will be applied. This process will be linked to; safety, operational, business, budget and time sub-risk categories aimed at eliminating the risk as So Far As Is Reasonably Practicable (SFAIRP).
Where residual risks exist these will be allocated to those most able to influence the outcome. Subsequent EJC Projects or client in-house management and reporting processes will then be adopted.
